This training programme will empower your waiting staff to understand the cultural expectations of national and international guests; they will also receive guidance on ethical behaviour.  They will understand the important role they play in your business by realising the value of teamwork and effective communication.  The result is personal growth and increased profits.

This training programme guides the waiting staff through the rules of service excellence and develops their food and beverage service skills.  It improves their menu terminology and food and beverage knowledge.  It also emphasises the importance of basic calculations and costing.

Waiting as a Career

Duration: 2 days / 10 hours

We train your waiting staff to develop pride in their job and to see waiting as a career.  We emphasise the importance of their personal appearance and safety in the workplace.  Servers are also trained in sales techniques and this will result in higher productivity and increased revenue which have many positive benefits for the health and wealth of the employee.

Wine Knowledge & Service

Duration: 2 days / 10 hours

This training programme provides the waiting staff with the insight into the origins of wine, differences in cultivars, various styles of wine and their production methods.  It empowers them to recommend wines and serve the various sine styles correctly, bringing back the proud and knowledgeable wine steward.
