The gorgeous Seafood Extravaganza Food and Beverage Evening

The Seafood Extravaganza Food & Beverage evening exceeded all expectations! Chef Wesley Cameron’s team of dedicated students prepared the dishes with the utmost care and enthusiasm and the service was executed meticulously under the leadership of Lee van Zyl.

What really impressed everyone was the amazing talent of Pieter Muller who truly went out of his way to create atmosphere by taking the lead in setting the most divine tables in shades of turquoise and green. It complimented the theme beautifully and we want to congratulate him for setting such a fine example.  His enthusiasm is such an inspiration! Well done Pieter!
