The Capital Hotel School and Training Academy showcased flavours from around the world on Wednesday, 30 September with a Food and Beverage Evening worth of a Michelin-star (or three).

The Professional Cookery second year students, with the guidance and support of the Chef Lecturers, prepared and served an array of dishes from various countries to demonstrate a range of skills.

The myriad of courses were as follow:

CHS partnered with DGB (Douglas Green Bellingham) for the wonderful wine selection from Boschendal.

 

We were elated to welcome “friends and family” of CHS to the event.  Thank you to everyone for their support.

With a feast of flavours and merriment, this event should become an annual event, ensuring abundant morsels for all tastes.
