Review: Bollywood Pop-Up Restaurant Event

Bollywood Pop-Up Restaurant evening – 9 June 2017

A regal feast for all!  The Hospitality Management students celebrated Indian-inspired influence in their Event Management practical on Friday, 9 June.  On a chilly winter’s evening, there is no better cure for the chill in the air than an authentic Indian Feast.

Royal gold and purple adorned the tables to set the scene for an evening of entertainment and exotic cuisine.
