On Friday, 24 October 2014, Hospitality Management second year students orchestrated the Indian inspired masquerade dinner feast featuring authentic Indian curry and treats.

Menu items included divine Samoosas and Onion Bhajis with Chicken Korma Kebabs and a refreshing Mango & Mint Lassi.  The highlight was the waft of spice and flavour which seductively transported all diners to the East with a home-made Lamb Rogan Josh and accompaniments.  Dessert was a sweetened Sago Pudding (Payasam) and the meal was complete with Gulab Jamun (similar to a dumpling, and drenched in a sweet syrup) and Masala Chai Tea.

As the scents and sounds of eastern treasures made its way through the room and kitchen, everyone was invited to enjoy the flame-dancer on the patio.  Guests and friends looked on as the young lady contorted and danced around the naked flames; not a single guest attempted the brave display themselves.
