We are looking for dynamic and committed young people who aspire to a career in the highly challenging hospitality industry. Computer skills, including a basic working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets, as well as verbal and written proficiency in the English language are a pre-requisite. Grade 12 learners are required to submit their intermediate results. Final selection is based on the completion of a personal profile evaluation and an interview with the student and his/her parent/s or guardian/s.
