The Capital Hotel School and Training Academy offers two-year, full time qualifications in Hospitality Management and Professional Cookery. Our learning programmes and assessment guides are developed to support the objectives and principles of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and adhere to the principles of Outcomes Based Education and Training (OBET).  The Capital Hotel School and Training Academy is a corporate member of the South African Chefs Association (SACA).
