Food & Beverage Evenings

Join us for a pleasurable Food and Beverage evening complemented by an excellent dinner and luscious wines. These events are valuable practical training sessions for the students in a relaxed environment. At the same time it affords parents/guardians and friends the opportunity to experience meals prepared and served by the students.

Spring day Boerewors Competition 

It is quite evident that the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup drew all South Africans much closer and truly reflected the amazing character of our country. In the same spirit, The Capital Hotel School and Training Academy is hosting a fun festive competition among Professional Cookery Academies.  The competition will provide an ideal opportunity to celebrate spring and to get to know one another on a social level.

The Spring Day Junior Boerewors Competition will be taking place on Wednesday, 8 September 2010 at Rietvallei Nature Reserve.
