FOODvember: Pop-Up Restaurant Backstage Pass

Second year students plan, prepare and host one Pop-Up Restaurant event during their second year as the practical component of their Event Management module.  Students are allowed the opportunity to select their own themes and invite guests to showcase their event.  The event is subject to final assessment and the guests are asked to provide their feedback on the food, wine and service.

The Capital Hotel School and Training Academy would like to invite you behind the scenes of the “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” event.

Thank you to all the students, lecturers and guests for making this year’s Pop-Up Restaurant events spectacular and a huge success.

All the proceeds from the Pop-Up Restaurant evenings will be distributed to our social responsibility partners.
