The first Food and Beverage Evening of the year is a special event, showcasing proud parents, guardians and friends of First Year students what skills they’ve mastered in a short time.  Watch this space for some exciting events to follow shortly!

Bread Rolls with Flavoured Butter

STARTER
Anti Pasti Platter –
Plum tomato & Buffalo Mozzarella Tower with Home-Made Pesto
Spanspek & Parma Ham
Seared Beef Salad with Olive Tapenade & Micro Shoots

MAIN COURSE
Spice Rubbed Whole Roasted Machado Trout served on a bed of Fennel, Onion & Couscous Salad accompanied by Sauce Maltaise

DESSSERT
Traditional Crème Caramel served with Macerated Berries

FRIANDISE
Chocolate coated shortbread
