Aftermath – Tour de France Food and Beverage Evening

Was it really fabulous?  Yes, it was!

Why?  Because Group HM12.1, who took care of the setup and service, worked skillfully together under the direction of Maître d’ Philip van Gelderen and Group PC11, prepared a scrumptious menu with Dominique Barnard and Jaco Truter as head chefs.

Add to that those appreciative guests from all walks of life, lovely music and a little bit of wine, and voila! –a fabulous evening to always remember.

CHS was especially fortunate to have amongst our guests Barend Minnaar (Country Business Manager: Nestle Professional), accompanied by his colleagues Pumpla Ndungane (Trade Marketing Specialist) and Janet Rose (Category Marketing Specialist).  Winni Bourbon from MIC also attended the evening as well as Lee Buitendag, (Dieu Donné Vineyards) and of course, our own vivacious Principal/Director, Ronel Bezuidenhout.
